Where business needs structure, we build it.

KonnektingDots is the latest expression of a serial entrepreneur's playbook: bring technical capability, business intelligence, and operational structure to companies and sectors that need them. Built by Dolmarie Méndez Vidot. Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Working across Latin America and the United States.

The thread is structure.

Looking across a decade of work — companies founded, sectors entered, capital raised, infrastructures architected — the connecting thread is not an industry. It is a discipline. Bring technical capability, business intelligence, and operational structure to places that need them. Build the system. Train the people. Hand over the methodology. Move to the next problem.

The companies and sectors change. The discipline travels.

From operating company to methodology firm.

The earlier years were spent inside operating companies — building centralized data infrastructure, navigating capital raises across private investors and institutional funders, scaling teams through regulatory environments, leading an organization through Hurricane María in 2017 and the public health emergencies that followed. That period produced $10M+ in raised capital, partnerships with state and federal agencies, and recognition from international business press including Forbes and Deutsche Welle's list of the most distinguished women entrepreneurs in Latin America.

What that period also produced was a clear pattern: the most valuable thing an operator can do is not run one company forever. It is to identify operational gaps in entire sectors, design the systems that close them, and make the methodology reusable. KonnektingDots is the productized version of that observation.

Architecting public-sector infrastructure.

Among the most consequential systems work has been participating in the architectural and execution leadership behind Puerto Rico's centralized credentialing infrastructure under Law 73, modernizing how providers, institutions, delegates, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies coordinate. The work surfaced what fragmented manual systems cost an island — and what disciplined centralization saves it. Lessons from that experience carry directly into how KonnektingDots structures engagements today.

Three current initiatives. One methodology DNA.

The work today operates through three parallel initiatives, each serving a distinct buyer but sharing the same underlying discipline.

Workforce + AI Transition
AI for Life — productized catalog

The transition most discussed in executive rooms but least addressed on the ground: helping existing employees, administrative teams, and non-technical professionals adapt to AI-accelerated work. Now a productized six-tier catalog covering individuals, businesses, associations, public events, nonprofits, and consulting — branded AI for Life, delivered bilingually with EduKonnekt where curriculum is required.

The human side of the work.

Systems are the surface. People are the substance. Every methodology we build assumes the team running it has to learn it, own it, and teach it forward. That is true for an evaluator working a grant engagement, a department head adopting a BI instrument, or a workforce adapting to AI in the next eighteen months.

The work I am proudest of has always been the work where people leave the engagement more capable than they came in — with systems that outlast me, methodologies they can teach their teams, and the confidence that operational rigor is something they can produce, not something they have to buy.

San Juan, Puerto Rico.

KonnektingDots and EduKonnekt are based in Puerto Rico. We work bilingually because our clients work bilingually. The Spanish-language professional services market is dramatically under-served at the level of rigor we operate at — and we are proud to serve it. We work across Latin America, the United States, and increasingly globally.

A note on what we don't do

We don't produce strategy decks, opinion-driven recommendations, or open-ended advisory work. We are not a marketing agency, a brand studio, or a generalist consultancy. We build methodology, instruments, and the educational infrastructures that let teams operate them. If your question is whether the discipline fits your problem, the Discovery conversation is the right place to find out.
